Residents’ Award for the CD PROJEKT RED office building
We are delighted that our design for CD PROJEKT RED’s new office building has been awarded the Residents’ Prize at the 12th edition of the Mayor of Warsaw’s Architecture Award.
At a time when there is increasing talk of diminishing needs for office space, the building for the creators of The Witcher sought a direct response to the specific nature of game development work, across various scenarios involving multidisciplinary teams. The result is a building designed as a tool, with an open, versatile space ready to adapt to changing layouts and working contexts.
This project is rooted in a strong industrial ethos.
We have created a largely prefabricated building for the modern creative industry in Warsaw’s Praga district, in a location that still bears traces of, amongst other things, the automotive industry. To this industrial context, we have added a touch of our own Silesian industrial experience.
Thank you to the people of Warsaw for their feedback.
