TechPark Kanlux office building awarded the European Property Awards 2017

The International Property Awards, known as the Real Estate Oscars, has been searching for and rewarding the most interesting works and architectural projects around the world for more than a decade. Only last year in this prestigious poll participated 119 countries with projects totaling more than 30 trillion British pounds.

This year Medusagroup (with the TechPark Kanlux project in Radzionkov) was selected among the most interesting architecture offices in Europe. This small project was appreciated by the international jury for its ingenuity and original character.

We are very pleased with this award because it proves that even a modest office building, thanks to non-standard design solutions and the sincerity of applied materials, can come out of the shadow of big office buildings, catching the attention of critics outside the country.
