Fuzja awarded with Property Design Awards 2025

We are pleased to announce that the design of one of the residential buildings in the Fuzja development in Łódź has won the Property Design Awards 2025 in the category ‘Multi-family residential building’, which was presented at 4 Design Days. Fuzja is a multi-year, multi-phase development covering nearly 8ha of the former Karol Scheibler factory site, developed by Echo Investment and Archicom.
