FUZJA – Building F

We are returning to warmer moments in winter … in the summer of 2023, another residential building on the #Fuzja Łódź development was commissioned. In a way, building F forms a whole with the previously completed building A by continuing the spatial form of the courtyards facing each other. It is located opposite the historic power station and close to Anna’s gardens. The building has a facade of glazed clinker tile, the structure of which yields to the directions of the sun, giving a different reflective effect each time. The balconies have been clad with perforated sheet metal to preserve the aesthetics of the exposure zone. The photographs were taken by Rafał Tomczyk.
