A complex of four Class A office buildings has been realised, together with a two-storey car park and landscaping around the buildings (on the car park slab). The complex constitutes a modern and functional centre offering flexible spaces for comfortable office work. The project was developed in accordance with SKANSKA’s standards, and the buildings are environmentally friendly, as demonstrated by low energy consumption, low emissions into the atmosphere, the use of appropriate environmentally friendly building materials and technical equipment.

The entire complex is designed on a base exposed from Chorzowska Street housing two levels of open and closed car parks, which compensate for the difference in terrain between the Chorzowska Street flyover and the site. The slab above the car parks is designed as a pedestrian public space with the possibility of limited vehicular traffic along a pedestrian and vehicular route that is also a fire road.

The space is an urban square with paved surfaces, low and medium-high greenery and landscape compositions in the form of areas covered with crushed stone, grit and gravel of various fractions. From the level of the square, access to the main entrances of the four office building volumes is provided.

The blocks of the office buildings are the result of optimising the usable space inside them, which has been designed to provide a functional and efficient arrangement. The adopted depth of the tracts and the division of windows create many possibilities of configuration and ways of dividing the space, depending on the needs of the tenants. Each floor can accommodate from 1 to 4 tenants.

The development has been designed in the form of a two-storey car park sited directly on treated and leveled ground, taking advantage of the existing difference in height between the development site and Chorzowska Street rising significantly towards Katowice.
