The complex of office buildings is a complement to the downtown development in the quarter of Wrocław’s Piotra Skargi, Wierzbowa and Oławska Streets. The architecture of the complex is restrained in its means of expression in order to calm the character of the building development in the face of a highly diverse and heterogeneous context. The design makes use of elegant and subdued architectural detailing in the form of gently splayed planes of individual storeys, which have the effect of weakening the large scale of the building and giving a sense of elegance and prestige to the new development. The redevelopment and adaptation of the existing Oppersdorf palace is also an integral part of the project.
